Ottepel is the restaurant with history which was set in the overhauled pavilion “Silkworm breeding.” The open bricklaying, big panoramic windows, monumental colonnades of the central hall pay tribute to the history of the pavilion of 1956. In every detail of the interior there was preserved the reminder of that period. In winter time it is nice to warm up having a cup of tea and admiring the views of the snow-covered park, and in summer time, to relax on the veranda and afterwards to have a stroll up to the Green Theatre.

The chef is Andrey Mamontov. Under the sway of the Chef Andrey Mamontov two restaurants are presently running: Ottepel and Wine Time. Playing with different ingredients and tastes, persistence and diligence, as well as his unique capability to create work of art on the plate – these are greater advantages of our chef! But better come to taste and evaluate!


In the Menu there are presented dishes of modern kitchen: taiga pelmeni adjoin burgers and French fries go with confit duck leg and apricot in caramel. Don’t rush to reject such unusual combinations, but rather try and appreciate!


Beef burger with French fries and tomato sauce, taiga pelmeni from moose meat, beef and pork, and many other things.


Very pleasant and quiet place, with the first class menu, substantial interior, regardful and amicable staff. We usually came in a company, ordered different dishes, that’s why happened to taste a wee bit of sundry things. Everything was delicious and prepared at high level..

Recently we had a rest with our friends in this restaurant, and the impression is positive. Tartar from beef is very tasteful, serving up is swift, meat lovers will appreciate. There were few people, the interior and environment were nice, big rations of desserts. We’ll pop in some other day in a due way! Thanks!

Very nice place, good environment. The food is excellent! We were pleasantly surprised by availability of beef tartar and very delicious indeed, which is rarity for Moscow. Nearby there was a dam with baby, they arranged her room in the corner and brought portable screen so she could breastfeed him.
